FOLLOW YOUR PIECE'S JOURNEY
Every Taru Studios order begins in an artisan workshop across India and travels thousands of miles to reach your doorstep. Here's how to follow its journey:
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with:
• Your order number
• Items ordered
• Shipping address
• Estimated delivery timeframe
Save this email—you'll need your order number to track your shipment.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
When your order ships, you'll receive a second email containing:
• Tracking number
• Direct link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date
HOW TO TRACK
Option 1: Click the tracking link in your shipping notification email
Option 2: Visit the carrier's website (provided in your email) and enter your tracking number
Option 3: Email hello@tarustudios.com with your order number, and we'll provide an update
CUSTOM COMMISSION UPDATES
For custom pieces, you'll receive progress updates throughout the 6-12 week production period:
• Design approval (before artisans begin)
• Production milestone updates
• Final approval before shipping
• Tracking information when your piece ships
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED TRACKING INFORMATION?
In-Stock Items: If it's been more than 3 business days since ordering and you haven't received shipping notification, contact hello@tarustudios.com
Custom Commissions: You'll receive your first update within 1-2 weeks of order placement. If you haven't heard from us, reach out to custom@tarustudios.com
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
In-Stock Items: 7-14 business days after shipping within the continental US
Custom Commissions: 6-8 weeks for standard complexity (includes production + shipping), 8-12 weeks for highly intricate designs
